(hereinafter: &#8220;Seller&#8221;). The general business conditions of the Internet store are determined in more detail by area, which you can access by clicking on the desired area, and all in accordance with the valid Consumer Protection Act and the international code of electronic business. The general terms of business define the activity of the Internet store, user rights and the business relationship between the seller and the customer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation of purchase<\/strong> <br \/>The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the moment the goods arrive in the country of the consumer, i.e. a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, without giving reasons and additional costs (hereinafter: withdrawal from contract). The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by making a statement on a special form for withdrawing from a contract concluded at a distance, i.e. outside the business premises or in another unambiguous way (hereinafter: withdrawal form). The declaration of withdrawal from the contract in the case of a distance contract is considered timely if it is sent to the seller within the period referred to in paragraph 1. of this article. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it is sent to the seller. The burden of proving that he acted in accordance with the provisions of this article, in order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, is on the consumer. The consumer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods he returns, which occurs as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, that is, exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. Within 8 days from the day of receipt of the complaint, the seller will inform the consumer in writing or electronically about the decision (accepted or rejected consumer complaint regarding the conformity of the article) regarding the complained of item, as well as the possible way to resolve the complaint in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (refund, corresponding price reduction, replacement or repair of the item).
